Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on June 2 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                              
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
       CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 73(STA) "An Act relating                                                                          
       to a municipal property tax exemption for real property                                                                  
       that is the primary residence of certain widows and
